Purchase this item to extend your 30 day warranty on your cell phone to 1 year and 30 days from date of purchase. This warranty covers normal use of your phone if it fails to work. We will repair or replace your phone with the same model number or a better model if yours is no longer available.

What is covered? -Your extended warranty does cover:

F. Internal software

What is not covered? -Your extended warranty does not cover:

Consumer replaceable items such as batteries, tapes, ribbons, bulbs, data storage media, filters, ink, toner, drums, fuses, blades, fluids or any other parts or materials that are considered to be consumed during the life of the product. Loss or damage to data recording media, and software is not covered.

B. Damage resulting from unauthorized repair.

C. Cracked or shattered glass screen is not covered.

D. Water damage to device is not covered.

E. Crushed, dropped or a run over phone is not covered.
